BenchBlokz 1/2-1 Board

I have a shoulder issue so I ordered this via amazon. The product is good but did not fit into my standard Olympic bar. Remember the returns are not free even though the product says free returns.

Love it. Been working out alone most if the time. This is a big help.

Great product. I feel safer working close grip or overloading on bench presses. Saves the shoulders from straining too much while still working on lockout and feeling the weight.

Great for shoulder health

Its a little expensive for what it is, but if you lift alone it works fine without wrapping a bungee around you.

great product, made with long lasting material and so simple to use!!! i dont want to go as deep as to touch bar to chest. this eliminates any hits during the controlled movement.

This is a well made product and performs as intended.
