> 3 dayPros: Enticing and durable. A multitude of play styles. Clear music and vocal samples. Children can do anything from wave the rings around to add and subtract musical elements. Can conceivably be a viable toy for a long period of development. INCLUDED BATTERIES! Cons: Rounded bottom makes it easy to tip over. Children at the bottom end of the recommended age spectrum wont get much out of it.

> 3 dayWe received this as a gift for our 8 month old. The lyrics to the song are random and strange and would be confusing to a kid. I can confirm the other comments that reported one song being weird and violent, an apple crashing through a man’s brain… The other songs are weird too. Spelling a sheep named Mary, “MERRY” to the tune of Bingo, B-I-N-G-O. Then there’s one about a boy waiting by a lemon tree for a girl that doesn’t show up, and a fix trying to jump to eat grapes but can’t get them…. So random. Really harsh on the eyes with all the rapid blinking lights.

> 3 dayThe one year old loves it. The pieces are easy to remove and carry around. They fit on her arms great to pretend she has chunky bracelets. They have a lovely click when you slide them into the base. The three different modes are great as well. The music is catchy, the lights are attention getting. And with adjustable volume, I can stop it from yelling in my face when she’s playing with it. The base is the right size to be carried around by a newly independent walking child. And it fits in the mouth for exploration. After all, the top lights up. Does it taste different? We’ve lost the middle ring somewhere, but that’s not a big deal. She can still physically touch the buttons to make the sounds and music. And it will turn up eventually.
