Might be a bit high for wrist to be placed in proper ergonomic state but unless you are straight typing for speed it will work well

I recently purchased this laptop stand for my work from home setup and Im very happy with it. Its the perfect height for video calls! The quality is great, too, and I love the rubber bumpers that prevent scratching.

I use this to elevate my 16 MBP to be at the same level as my monitor. It works great and is sturdy. I dont really type on my macbook when its on the stand, so I cant speak to the ergonmics of it but looks great as a stand!

Works very well for a 13 inch laptop. My 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro fits perfectly. It may be a bit awkward to fit 15 inch laptops though.
