this piece is appropriately named. it works perfectly, not just for my macbook, but my pc, too. worth the money+

Great stand. bought for getting my laptop a bit more air underneath and it has helped tons. There is a hole in the back that is covered with plastic to keep you cables from rubbing directly on a metal surface. I keep my dock underneath my computer and the cable is just long enough so it doesnt fold weird. The only down side is the color, this doesnt know down any stars at all because it functions as intended.

Its great. Dont bother with a cheaper stand.

High quality product, rubber stoppers to hold the laptop in place are high quality. The laptop is stable and sit at the right height. You can feel the quality in the weight, this thing is not flimsy.

Im undecided if Im going to keep this or not. I bought it for my 16-inch-wide, 11-inch-deep HP Envy laptop. However, the true product dimensions are NOT 14 x 9.8 x 7.5 inches. The true product dimensions are more like 10 x 9 x 5 inches. This wouldnt be too big a problem except that the lip that is supposed to keep your laptop from sliding off doesnt work with the shape of my laptop base. The base of my laptop curves up a little at the edges, and my laptop has its own non-slip-grip rubber strip across the base that raises it up just enough to where Im not sure if it will stay on the stand or slide off.

Laptop stand has the tiniest bit of give, which is to be expected.
