I had the first generation and I did have issues initially with the connection. When I reached out to them they instantly replaced them at no charge and I used them daily for years! Like clean with them, cook, workout, run, jam out, sleep. I am constantly listening to music and they kept up, until I found out about these babies.

> 3 dayThese earbuds sound great! Phone calls are clear from the few people Ive talked to while using them. The bass doesnt hit quite as hard as the previous buds I have from this brand, but its barely noticeable. The best part about these buds is they stay in my ears! Better than any Ive ever had. I can actually bend over to do something and not have to bend back over to pick my bud up off of the ground!

- They don’t have ANC or Transparency mode, they do have a good passive noise canceling performance though.
- They don’t request you to download another App on your device to use them.
