This was a new to me brand of protein powder (never even heard of it before) and I decided to give it a try on a whim. SO GLAD I DID! The graham cracker flavor (what sold me lol) is absolutely delicious! The powder is really fine and has a very smooth texture when blended or mixed. I will most likely be buying this brand from now on, as the price is slightly better than ordering directly from their website. Plus, I want to try the other flavors!

UMP is great for breakfast. High protein and smooth chocolate taste. No bad after taste.

I’ve been using this Protein Powder for 5yrs now. It’s the only protein powder I use, I cannot switch to a different brand because it’s just absolutely delicious and doesn’t leave that gross protein after taste in my mouth lol. It also digest very well and doesn’t leave me bloated. I’ve tried the Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, and Graham Cracker flavors and they’re all delicious. But my favorite of all time is the Angel Food Cake! It’s airy, fluffy, and just deliciously sweet. It’s not overly sweet, it’s the perfect amount of sweetness to curb my sweet tooth. I love it so much!

We have tried so many protein powders in the past. They are expensive as heck and usually taste like chalk. I was skeptical when I read the reviews on how good this was. Its no joke. It is that good. Weve only done the chocolate so far and its by far the best protein powder weve ever gotten. I usually just do 1 serving, using water only. Ive used milk and it is really good, but too rich for me personally. My husband likes it though. The water is fine. Tastes great! It fills me up in the morning. Sometimes I make banana ice cream for my kids and myself and Ill sprinkle a little of this in it. It tastes amazing. Just a little goes a long way. I once accidentally put an entire scoop, filled the whole way in one of my shakes. It tasted so good, but I literally couldnt eat for a loooong time. Completely filled up. So, its good in water. Its good with milk. Its good in banana ice cream ;) I cant wait to try the other flavors.

I started going to the gym regularly after 12 years of eating horribly and having a child, so I willingly bought supplements from my gym. The only flavor I really liked from them was chocolate peanut butter, and I was running out after a month. I tried their vanilla, and it was bland and quite disgusting. I researched for hours for a decent vanilla flavor since I cut back on desserts significantly, and I’ll admit, I wanted my protein shakes to be a treat but also be good for me. I compared UMP to ON, Ka’Chava, Orgain, Transparent Labs, etc. I finally decided to give it a go, and read great reviews on Rocky Road (far from basic vanilla). Hands down, it is the best in quality, viscosity, and flavor! It’s chocolatey with marshmallow notes, and it keeps me full for a few hours. I’m not bloated whatsoever, and my stomach doesn’t feel gross after drinking it. I actually look forward to working out and having it post/for breakfast. For anyone looking for a shake that genuinely tastes like a treat along with the benefits, I highly recommend UMP. I was skeptical at first because of price, but I’ll be only using this brand now!
