Greater than one week12-24mo looks large in the bag. I really struggled with deciding not to just send them straight back since they looked the Same Size as a 3T Pair of training pants, but I tried them on him and they actually fit nicely. My son is in the 15th percentile and wears 12mo clothes and weighs 20lbs. The leg holes are smaller than the 3T and it fits well for my 12 mo old. Will update my review after a few weeks of use. So far so good. Holds a little urine and poops well. Not like diapers but they do nicely.
