I bought this for our one piece fiberglass shower and glass doors. Only tested it on one glass door. It took quite a bit of elbow grease and a scrubby green kitchen type sponge. It does make the glass better (my door is not etched or glazed, so I can’t vouch for those type of doors) than it was, but I think it needs more than one application. In my case, my shower has a lot of build up, and I have not found a good product or method over the past 15 years in this house, so I’ll update after I try it on the whole shower and a couple of times. I did not get a tool to scrub it, as I assumed the basic green sponge would do the trick, plus I don’t want to scratch the fiberglass of my shower. I have a bristles scrub brush which I’m going to try on the fiberglass next. It rinses off easy, so it’s good. It doesn’t have a strong cleaner smell, imho, so that was not overwhelming for me. It depends how sensitive you are. I just hopped in the shower before taking a shower, and tried to work it on the surface. As I said, a lot of elbow grease, so give you some time to work it in. It’s a creamy consistency, not really gritty, so it stay where you put it mostly. I wonder if after scrubbing, I could leave it on for a bit? I think it does better than any CLR, limeaway, scrubbing bubbles, etc etc product, so it’s worth a try. Once I get to work it through and clean, I will post update with before and after photos. I also read about using jet dry on the surface to keep water from forming scaling again, like on your dishes. So that’s something to try too next.

Im not sure what kind of dark magic this is, but some one should call the church. This stuff is amazingly easy to use with immediate results. On my all-glass shower surround, I have used magic eraser, Windex, CLR, Scrubbing bubbles, and there was always a residue, bulging muscles and a need for Ibuprofen by the time I was done. I was almost nonchalantly applying this stuff on (with only 1 paper towel for the whole massive shower) and then just rinsed it off with water from the shower head and it looks like new...for those in the back, IT LOOKS LIKE NEW!!! And now the water is beading up and running down like a thing of beauty. I may have whispered I love you to the bottle. This stuff is amazing.

I love Bio Clean! I use #0000 steel wool with it and it usually takes care of most water spots.

Rediscover what you once thought was lost! Who knew there were words or branding on this fixture? (hint, not me) My apartment was nearly new when I moved in; however I noticed the bathroom fixtures lacked that chrome shine we all know and love. Honestly, though I had lived with hard water in the past, I dismissed the lackluster shine on inexpensive fixtures. Over the years I have tried everything to regain the shine I knew was there, somewhere, under what was now clearly layers of hard water stains. My fave bubbles that scrubbed, something that promised 4x the clean when it came to the stubborn scale -- everything. Fast forward to a brain break scroll through Amazon -- the kind where your mind goes blank and for some reason you just endlessly look for some unattainable product. I ran across this wonderful stuff and then promptly added it to my wishlist. It looked awesome, but Im a small business owner and getting rid of an uncrackable film in my bathroom isnt always top priority. But wait! Thats what gift cards are for! Yes, my friends, I purchased a hard water stain remover as a treat for myself. This bottle of green goo, that smells kind of like an antacid tablet tastes, it was finally mine! And here we are, with me gushing over a cleaner on Amazon. For anyone wondering I do not own a fancy drill bit that does all the scrubbing for me (though super jealous of those that do). I spread a thin layer over the entire object or area I want to clean, then work with a double sided sponge and tackle a section at a time scrubbing in circles. I then move on to the next section and repeat until the sparkle returns. So, while it does take work, you can get results with your normal cleaning tools and a little elbow grease.

Tried lots of different products to remove hard water stains on my glass. Nothing worked. Until I tried bioclean! Had to scrub hard three times but the hard water rings finally came out!

I used this to remove hard water stains on shower doors. I removed the doors and scrubbed with this this product. It removed almost all the hard water stains and did not damage or scratch the shower doors. Needed some elbow grease, but you can see the difference. We have tried so many products and home made remedies and nothing worked. I will buy this cleaner over and over.

I cant tell you how great this stuff works. You do have to use a little elbow grease, but not much. I have had FL hard water stains on this shower door glass for quite some time. This stuff made it like it was just newly installed. It also took stains off other bathroom fixtures that were brushed nickel. Will take paint off so dont recommend that anything thats painted.

I had a rust ring around the drain of my bathroom sink-also with polished nickel fixture so limited in what could be used to try to remove the stain. I had used CLR which has always worked for me…not this time. This green stuff removed it almost instantly. It removed it so we’ll I wish I had taken a before and after shot! I was hesitant to buy because I thought this cleaner was a bit pricey but Wow…. It really worked for a rust stain that nothing else was removing. No damage to the fixture finish either.
