> 3 dayAfter my original negative review (see below) due to a bulb burning out, the company left a comment which you can read. So I actually did what they suggested and contacted them through Amazon. They were very nice and helpful and actually sent me a new bulb under their 3-5 year warranty or whatever its called! It took about a week to get the new bulb but I dont care -- they actually fulfilled their promise and Im extremely glad. Moreover, they messaged me asking if I would write a review. Yes, I already had written one, but what surprises me pleasantly is that they actually said in their message that theyre not looking for fake 5 star reviews. They said they wanted me to be honest. Seriously. So thats extremely refreshing to me. I have been pressured through the Amazon messenger by other companies basically begging for 5 star reviews. But not Bioluz. So I am reporting to you my honest experience, which ultimately has been totally positive. I now have working bulbs again (the others are still fine), and interacting with the company was easy and positive. So Im changing my rating to 4 stars, which is my own decision. A star off for the bulb burning out in the first place (which is probably a reality of manufacturing), but they made it right. I will now buy more of their bulbs if I need certain sizes and the price is competitive. Right around 4 out of 5 stars is what I look for (at least) when I buy stuff anyway. ORIGINAL REVIEW: dont buy -- these dont last Like other negative reviews mine started burning out after like 2 years of use. They were expensive relatively speaking and full of promises that are not even close to being fulfilled. I want a refund. Ive had fine experiences with the AmazonBasics brand LED bulbs -- so far, at least. I wont buy this brand ever again and I strongly suggest you dont. I dont get anything for writing this review, by the way. Im a regular person just trying to be helpful here on Amazon, I make too little money to waste it on stuff like this, and am frustrated by all the fake reviews here. So please take my word for it and dont buy this brand. Let me know if you have any questions!

> 3 dayBought these online to avoid the covid headache at the stores. Needed small, round bulbs for a chandelier we got at a garage sale. These are a nice, warm light, very bright when using 5 together, 60 watt equivalent, maybe should have gotten 40s as its a smallish dining room. Great price.

> 3 dayI was excited to get these as prior LEDs have never performed, for me, as theyve promised. These were great initially. But in less than one month, they flicker like crazy to the point I have to turn them off as I cant concentrate on work. Ive tried the others in the package - they all do the same thing.

> 3 dayI really like this particular bulb. I have looked for years for an LED bulb that will put off a warm light like the standard bulbs, but this is my first that I am pleased with. Most LED’s put off a green light and I hate those. I highly recommend these.

> 3 dayThe bulbs arrived in the time frame promised, and packed well. Meaning they were all in one piece! The only disappointment is that they are all in one box, rather than separate boxes, which means even as you use the bulbs, and only have one or two left, you still have to find storage room for a box big enough for 6 bulbs! Not the best situation when living in a small apartment. I replaced the bulb in my dinning room light and can see a difference in the brightness in the room. The light is so much better with these bulbs, and by using less electricity. That part is definitely a win/win!

> 3 dayTLDR probably any LED bulb you get at 9w is going to be cooking the LEDs so dont expect these to last a long time. Im not going to claim to be an electrical engineer expert, because Im not, but I watched this video Hacking an extra trashy Poundland LED lamp (with schematic) - bigclivedotcom and decided to take one apart to see how it matched up with the bulb in his video. There are 15 led packages on this bulb and the 2 resistors of note are 18Ω and 24Ω which is 10.28Ω total (I measured 10.5Ω with a multi-meter which would equate to ~10w for the bulb) If the 18Ω resistor is removed from the circuit the bulb wattage should drop to ~4.25w If the 24Ω resistor is removed from the circuit the bulb wattage should drop to ~5.6w This will slightly reduce the brightness.. brightness to wattage isnt linear so cutting the wattage in half will still output more than half of the original brightness but it should vastly lower the temps on the leds which should make them last longer. I attached images of the unmodded bulb and modded (removed 18Ω resistor) bulb (ISO and exposure were normalized for the pictures). Distance from bulb to box was 4ft. The pictures arent that great, its hard to replicate light levels you see with your eyes. My bathroom is 8ftx5ft, I put 2 modded lights in the fixture above the sink in the corner and the room was very well lit. Unfortunately I dont have a way to measure the temps of the bulbs but the unmodded bulb bases quickly become hot to the touch whereas the the modded lights were taking much longer to warm up, although after ~15 minutes even the modded ones started to feel hot. Itd probably be worth getting a thermometer to measure prolonged temperature difference.

> 3 dayPerfect replacement for 60 watt incandescent. The color is the same no one will notice they are LED. I have replaced most of my lighting with Bioluz LED lights, could not be more pleased. Now in the process of changing out the lights in a rental we have. Have never had a failure from bathroom vanity decorator globes to backyard floods. The energy savings is fantastic! Our backyard lighting has been reduced from 600 watts to 66 watts and they produce better coverage with no shadows.

Greater than one weekExcellent price (purchased open box) and look as good as the ones they replaced. As an aside, I have never gotten the life-span talked about with LEDs. Another govt con?
