02-06-2025I love this vacuum. I have a kirby but its heavy . The suction on this Bissell is just as good but much easier to use. I have a chow and long haired cat and this cleans so well!

> 3 dayVacuum began to smoke and then stopped working. Amazon told me I could return the substandard merchandise but there was a $20 restocking fee and I had to get a box to repack it. I did not accept. I contacted bissel who wanted me to take to a repair shop. Also unacceptable considering the vacuum is brand new. If neither makes this right I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, consumer products, and the PA Attorney General. The principle of this issue is they cannot sell substandard merchandise that breaks in a short time and then expect for me to take all costs associated with the problem. This is definitely a way to scam the consumer.

09-06-2025Fantastic vacuum! The wand power brush attachment thing works wonders on my carpeted stairs. I like the ability to change the floor height setting as well.

> 3 dayIm very thrilled with this vacuum. Its lightweight, super easy to set up, and the self winding cord is so snappy! The worst part about vacuuming is winding up the cord at the end and this thing does the work for you. Now vacuuming isnt as much of a chore! Thank goodness.
