Weak suction and the profile does not allow it to go very far under a normal height bed. I like Bissell and have 2 other Bissell vacuums that work well. This model is not good. Returning.

Works great for everyday and touch up cleaning! Great for every day messes from pets (i.e. seed debris from birds, litter from cats) and the light weight it makes it less of a chore.

I got this for my wife, as she hates to vacuum, so I thought with the great reviews and with this being a name brand, light weigh, and with the Company BISSLE having been around for years, it would be awesome right? WELL YOU WOULD BE WRONG!! :-( It turned on, but the brushes didnt spin, so it only picked up a few things and left most of the stuff on the floor! Needless to say....She Hated It!!!! Am returning tomorrow.

Update: I contacted Bissell, and had a response from them within two days. They were sending a replacement for the whole machine. It was pretty much no questions asked except for providing the receipt from Amazon and a picture of the serial number. Their customer service is top notch!!! Customer service is definitely something to take in mind with any purchase, and Bissell is excellent. Once I get the new machine and have used it for more than four months, I will update my review again. At first, and for the four months that we have had this machine, it worked great. The one flaw is that you cannot get to the brush unless you unscrew the plastic casing. I have three dogs and a lot of fur! We probably use the machine about once a week. Turned it on this morning. The brush moved for about 10 seconds and then stopped, with a burning smell coming from the motor. Sadly, I didn’t get an extended the warranty and now this $50 machine is trash. Will be looking into other lightweight vacuums for quick pick me up that have an easy to clean brush holder and a motor that will last for more than four months.

Great for RV life

I have been in desperate need of a small vacuum due to the location of the litter box being right in my work office. So I decided to grab this little guy, and use it, mostly to see if I can get at least a path of carpet that could be free of litter. Today this guy arrived. I put him together and was shocked with how light it was. After about 30 seconds of putting it together I began to vacuum, first under the computer desk, then into the litter filled area and imagine my surprise when this tiny vacuum did a better job picking everything up than my big stand up vacuum. I was addicted. I vacuumed the whole room and ended up wishing I could do more. It picked up all the hair, all the litter, all the bread trails from late night snacking.... Everything. If you need a small vacuum that can fit in tight places, dont hesitate for a single moment. Put this little guy in your cart, pay for him, then prepare for the shock.

Suction is a little low but does a great job on dog hair and lighter items would buy again

Works but doesnt pick up much.

This cord stick vacuum is very lightweight but the suction is strong and easily picks up the dog hair on my Berber rug and tile floor. It’s easy to empty and clean the canister. The price was also reasonable. The product was shipped timely and packaged properly for delivery.
