What happens to your hands if you lather them up with a bar of soap and then just let them air dry? They get sticky. Everything sticks to them. Soap, when applied with water and then left to air dry gets sticky. Thats why you can shampoo a stain on your carpet and sure, it goes away. But two weeks later there it is again. Because soap is sticky. If you ever have your carpets professionally cleaned watch them carefully. Ask them what they pour in their tank that cleans the carpet. Its a cleaning solution yes. But it is not a soap-based cleaning solution. When it dries it leaves behind NO sticky residue. Trust me when I tell you this...NEVER USE SOAP ON YOUR CARPET, UPHOLSTRY, OR ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE TO SUCK THE WATER BACK OUT OF. Use Folex. You can by it at a lot of stores but the one that comes to mind is Home Depot. They have it in a gallon and in a quart with a sprayer on top. It can get ANYTHING out of your carpet with no soap. Then you will LOVE LOVE LOVE your little green machine even more!!!!

Worst ever, not recommending to buying this

The product is called Pro Heat, but there’s no steam or heat

This little unit was purchased to clean my upholstery and spot clean my carpet. I was shocked at the dirt that was extracted by the machine. It did a very good job cleaning. Suction was strong. Unit was easy to carry. Very happy customer!

I bought one for my bestie as a thank you. Plus it gave me a chance to try it out at her house! I loved it so much that I bought one for myself! I particularly like that it has a self-cleaning function.

I would recommend this product. Cleans very good

This is advertised as a Steam Cleaner, but this is not what this does. It sprays water mixed with solution. Theres no steam involved.
