Looks almost like OEM. You wouldnt be able to tell unless you compared side by side. Bought two and they have lasted so far. As easy to install as repairing a DS Lite is.

Used this replacement to fix a broken right side hinge on my DS Lite. Pretty much a direct replacement, and didnt have any issues installing it. Slightly thinner feeling plastic than OEM Nintendo, but itll do over have a broken DS. Note: installing this replacement housing is not an easy task if you are not experienced in small electronics repair, but it is also not hard if you are willing to learn (plenty of teardown videos online) and are good with fixing things, and have the tools. Youll need a Phillips and Y01 screwdrivers.

I was not that successful with my repair but for what it was intended for, it works really well. It defiantly fixed the hinge issue. However, for my repair, I was not as careful as I should have been with the display connector and there was a tear in it unfortunately. So the thing is busted, but the part is still good.

nice quality and fits perfectly with the original ds lite shell. I would recommend this if your ds lites hinge broke!

Works awesome. Just make sure youve got some time and watch a few vids for teardown. Took me about 1.5 hours. Its so much better just replacing this upper piece rather than all of the pieces of the DS.

Needed a replacement hinge for my ndsl, this was the exact part I needed, just followed a YT video and got the hinge replaced

Everywhere I looked, I always found the entire case when all I needed was this upper screen frame. The hinge had broken off on my DS Lite which is a common problem. It was a hard find but definitely happy I found it! DS Lite is back to its former glory.

Works and looks just like the original. Make sure to use a guide, it is a little tricky!
