The acai bowl flavor with the hint of coconut is wonderful. I also enjoy the focus on hydration and natural energy, leaving out the chemicals that make my skin feel hot. The big plus is that there are no artificial ingredients.

> 3 dayIve waited for a while after purchasing to review this product so I could give an honest review, and frankly, this is a great product. After seeing a clip of the late John Meadows preaching about the benefits of intra-workout, I decided to try one for myself. Ive been drinking about 3/4 of a serving during my workout and 1/4 afterward. In the few weeks Ive been taking it intra-workout, Ive noticed significantly more energy in the latter half of my workouts and a much better ability to recover. Normally I finish my workouts feeling depleted, but I feel great now and the workouts have been flying by. The ability to keep up the intensity and have energy at the end of a workout makes a world of a difference. It also tastes good and doesnt make me sick, which is a very difficult balance to strike with supplements in my opinion. If youve never tried an intra-workout before Id highly recommend it, its already made a sizeable difference for me.
