Bought this to replace an old B&D rechargeable upright. Went with the more powerful one. Great pick up and with the canister at the top it fits under furniture. To clear all the cat hair I still need my regular full size vacuum but this one is great for a quick clean up.

I would absolutely purchase this vacuum again. Pros: Durability Battery life Attachment Ease of use Light Wall dock Lightweight Suction settings Cons: charge time Canister size I was skeptical of purchasing this due to reviews about poor battery life, however if you let the vacuum FULLY charge the battery life is phenomenal for hardwood surfaces. For carpet areas, I’m not sure because I know the suction automatically increases on carpeted areas. BUT I am able to vacuum 1400sqft in one charge which includes our rugs. Users have mentioned charge time, which is longer than expected, but I get multiple uses on one FULL charge. I will take a longer charge time for the increased battery life. I also love how you can roll it under furniture easily. The handle can be completely flat on the ground and the vacuum still working. I have a king size bed and this makes getting under it easy! My ONLY negative for this is the size of the canister. But for it being cordless and lightweight, it is sufficient and a nonissue. I also have kids and two dogs. I can get the house done emptying once or twice. This vacuum is also very durable. My last one broke during our move. This one my toddler has knocked over multiple times (little terror lol) and it is very durable and do not foresee a similar issue. I will add, mine came with the attachment to make it handheld and a wall dock. I would absolutely purchase again.

This is the perfect solution to what I needed. I have five cats and a dog. Messy little monsters. So, I clean alot. I have a name brand (rhymes with Smyson) corded stand up vac that works great - but its huge. Its heavy and unwieldy-like pushing a midsize SUV around the house. So i bought the name brand cordless version. Also, great. But its still a bit heavy and the battery life is garbage so i ended up using the SUV anyway. So I got this little vac. 1. Weightless- so much easier to use. 2. Much smaller and fits into tighter spaces. 3. Was thrilled it has a light on it! 4. Comes with a bracket to hang on the wall. Does it have the suction power of the fancy pants vac? No, but its perfect for midweek touching up and messes.

Pulls itself forward, I don’t like that but others might like it. It’s our backup Vaccum so it’s nice for that purpose

My regular vacuum is very powerful and works great, but getting it out is kind of a chore sometimes. On prime day I thought I would give this one a try. First one was undeliverable. It must have been damaged in transit. Finally received it, directions arent great but its easy enough to figure out whats what. The vacuum is light-weight, and will go about 30 minutes on a full charge. A status light keeps you informed of how much charge is left. Our home is mostly carpeting so it auto- switches to high power for that (can also be manually adjusted with a touch of a button.) The suction is great for a stick vac. I am really impressed. And I can maneuver it under furniture quite easily. You can switch to a crevice tool and use it as a hand vac. The crevice tool is the only additional attachment. There is a wall mount to hang it from which is nice, or it can free stand but is a bit wobbly. If its in an area for high traffic it could get knocked over. For the drawbacks, and they are minor, Im an older lady with not great eyesight. The charging cord has a tiny plug with two prongs and only goes in one way, which is hard for me to see in low light. I usually choose the wrong way, and have to flip it around, but it does go in easily when you get it right. I could use another tool besides the crevice tool--a long narrow rectangular head would make using in on stairs a bit easier. The canister holds quite a bit and is easy to empty. You just pull out the filter section and dump it. You can wash these parts too, including the spongy filter insert. The other filters are replaceable. Its a little tricky to snap the canister back into place. There is a little tab that you have to seat at the bottom. Thats easy enough. Then snap the canister back into place, and just make sure it snaps in tightly. Sometimes it seems like I have it, but it falls back out. It might just take some practice or getting used to. I wouldnt want it to fall out and hit the floor as it could crack or break. If you make sure you hear a loud snap, test it anyway to make sure it is secured. I really do love this thing. I find I vacuum more frequently in between whenever I need to and sometimes its hard to stop! I just keep going and going and I HATE vacuuming! My rugs thank you B & D!

I bought a used one, I dont mind except it was missing one of the accessories ..... kind of annoying but I am happy with the discount and it works great!

This wont be a Dyson or Miele, but it costs 1/4 or less than those products. It has excellent suction, recognizes carpets vs hardwood or tile, and is easy to empty. Im likely to buy a second one for my basement. Highly recommend if youre looking for an affordable and effective cordless vacuum.

I am using Siri to write this review for fellow Amazon people that are looking for a sleek, easy to assemble, again easy to assemble, lightweight vacuum cleaner, that detaches on the top, like an old school distbuster and all you have to do is plug the charger into the top of the vacuum, and plug it into the wall the next morning you have about a half an hour to 44 minutes of a coordless, no hassle vacuuming experience. If you have hardwood floors in your small apartment with the carpet, it’s excellente’! Again, it’s super lightweight. God Bless and make it a great day/weekend!!
