UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me for a full refund. Its nice to have a seller that cares about their customers. Used this for our international trip.At the airport, handle was broken even before my toddler was able to use it (still decided to use it without the handle as I didnt have a choice, I didnt have an extra stroller and we were at the airport already). At the end of our 25hours flight, the string that holds the stroller for it not to lay flat, somehow fell off(My toddler ended up just holding the sides so he can sit, as to not lay down with the stroller). I was too tired to troubleshoot it at the airport, few days later I was able to figure out that you can just re attach it, but it was super stressful while at the airport travelling alone with a toddler.

Were going on a long international trip so we needed a smaller stroller than our travel system to take with us. This is not the lightest most compact stroller, but the fact that it folds and rolls like a luggage is good enough for me. Way more compact than our travel system so it takes less space in our car. I was hoping this would be easier to open with one hand but unfortunately but its not, you have to use both hands to open this so it clicks into place which is annoying because thats what I disliked about our current stroller. Folding it up is easy, it can be done with one hand. The stroller wheels arent plasticy and cheap so the ride of the stroller is nice. The canopy on ours came bent. Ive contacted the seller about it, so well see if anything can be done about that. Everything else came fine. Assembly of the stroller is easy which I appreciate. All I did was take out of the box, open up the stroller, connect the two back wheels and the front bar and done. The seat has a cushion, its a little hard for if your little one has to nap. Looks wise this stroller is very pretty in person. March 24, 2023 Just came back from our international trip. Using this stroller practically was a pain in the butt. The only times we used this was at the airport. It was able to fit in the plane cabins easily. Its super difficult to open and keep open. Everytime I would open it and think it was open it would close up again. The portion where the front bar clicks into, something ended up coming out so the bar doesnt clock on and it is completely useless now. Waste of my money. I wouldve been better off with my cheaper Graco stroller. I recommend looking into a different stroller. It didnt even come in perfect condition anyways nor did their customer service care.

Great concept and is lightweight, but the handle broke after a few uses. This was bought a handful of weeks before our trip out of state. Customer service wouldnt offer a replacement part or exchange the stroller; I was very disappointed in the feedback and could not find a direct link to the manufacturer, only service through Amazon. If the handle broke a few weeks outside the return or exchange purchase window, there should be some exceptions due to a faulty clip for the handle. Disappointing!

Nice stroller, lightweight, easy to handle Love that it don’t take much space . it leans pretty far back, making your baby comfortable enough to get a nice sleep in. Really like that you can also roll it with you while it’s folded down.

Everything I wanted from a travel stroller

Happy with this product. I had to contact customer service about a minor issue they were very quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely do business with them again.

We just started using this stroller & it does NOT lock closed securely. It literally buckles closed WITH OUR CHILD IN IT.

It was good for a short period of time. It broke fairly quickly. I would say in 3 weeks, but customer service was very helpful and they refunded my money.

Every time I walk my daughter the stroller closes on its own with my daughter in it. Not enough head space and kinda uncomfortable for my baby. I think this is the first review i leave on a product but I’m very disappointed.

Thankfully this is not our primary stroller. It was a baby shower gift that I couldnt return without a huge restocking fee from the seller. Anyways, what I do like about it is that it is compact and lays down almost flat. The straps arent great, but they get the job done. I find that unfolding this stroller takes 2 hands and a foot so be prepared. But my biggest gripe is the maneuverability of the stroller. It does NOT turn on a dime. Once you get it going in one direction, it takes effort to steer it the other direction. It makes it very difficult for one handed steering or just trying to zip around corners. I have 2 other strollers that are much easier to turn. I would love to get mt credit for this stroller and purchase another one like what I already have. But I think Im stuck with it or try to sell it somewhere else.
