> 24 hourSuper cute “kitten my swole on”blender ball cup. I use it to mix my amino acids with water after my workout sessions. It mixed the powder a lot better than I was doing with a regular cup. I can throw it in the dishwasher & it comes out clean no issues. The only drawback is that the flip top is hard to take off for drinking purposes. I have nails & am not trying to break them so I just take the whole lid off after I’m done shaking it. I got the little dinosaur one for my 8 year old son to mix his protein powder in before/after football practice & games. He has no issues with his flip top but he also doesn’t have long nails.
