Most shaker bottles are way too big. I generally mix 1-1.5 cups of milk with a scoop of protein powder, and this is all you need to be able to do that. No need for a big bottle, and I love that this came in two colors so I had one for me and one for my boyfriend. Would definitely purchase again.

I got a couple of these for my wife and I and we love em.

More than once these bottles have opened in my bag spilling all over . They need to be more secure. If you have a specific place that won’t ever tip over this would be okay but I throw mine in a lunch bag and it spills.

Love these shakers, great quality, no retention of food flavors etc. è been using just one daily for years, handwashing it so it would be ready for the next morning. So I thought an investment in 2 more would be a great idea. Now I can throw one into the top dishwasher rack and have one always on hand for the morning.
