These are good shakers, but there are better offerings on the market. The powders tend to stick to the shaker ball and the bottom of the bottle.

They are amazing and spill proof

These blender cups are the perfect size. Easy to fin into lunch bag and they make enough protein. Easy to clean.

The tops are hard to close and tend to leak. I wouldn’t buy again or recommend.
