Honestly, I think these bottles are a bit pricey, but this bottle at least looks cool and functions well. I fill it up with 16 ounces of water and add one large scoop or protein and one large scoop of some other supplement my son suggested I try. This gives plenty of room to shake and get the powders to dissolve well. The bottle does not leak when closed properly (tightly for the main seal, and make sure the drinking cap is fully engaged), and it is relatively easy to clean. I clean it ASAP with dish soap and hot water. Close it up, shake, run my fingers around to ensure no gunk is left behind. Rinse. Wipe down excess water with clean paper towel or dish towel. Pricey, but it works perfectly and looks cool, so maybe I shouldn’t grumble about the cost!
