> 3 dayWe originally were using a wrist tether for our autistic child, but it was bothersome that it took away the freedom of her arm/hand. Switching to this harness tether was the best thing ever. We have been using this for a long time now and we never leave home without it. It gives her total mobility and is very comfortable. She cannot remove it by herself or slip out of it. Its very durable and sturdy - she runs sometimes quite fast but it holds tight and does not break or snap or come undone. And I love that its very easy to unsnap at the back so if we are, for instance, at the park, I can unsnap her from my wrist so she can go play on the equipment while still wearing the harness, and then if we start to go walking again we can reattach the tether with a snap. We do remove the harness in the vehicle because its not going to be comfortable to lean back against it while sitting down in the car seat. I recommend this all the time to anyone I know who has a child who runs/elopes. Great for indoors and outdoors.

> 3 dayMy daughter and her husband are using it while on a trip with my 1-year old grandson, so I gave it an average rating of 3 stars until they get back with me on its qualities.

> 3 dayThise harness is a life saver! My son loves to walk independently but is still to young to understand he can be stolen or hit by a car. This lets him has his freedom but safely I love that i can use the halter or juat a wrist one when hes bigger.

> 3 dayGreat purchase. I love being able to take my toddler outside places and let him have able to walk without worrying about him running away or getting snatched. One of my favorite purchases. I use it to go on walks, at the mall, zoo, and around the yard. My toddler doesnt mind it, he is 1.5 years old. Will definitely be taking this along with the stroller on all outings.

> 3 dayLittle miss independent doesnt always want to hold out hand when we go out for walks- this lets her have the freedom to walk around on her own but still not be free enough to just wander away. Dont let the people who freak out about the idea of putting a leash on your kid discourage you, it works great and they love it. She knows that she can walk around almost on her own while wearing this, and actually goes to get it and bring it to us when she wants to go for a walk. She is so proud of herself for being able to click it on. Its also very nice when your kid decides theyre tired of walking and wants to get picked up because it makes it really nice to hold on to them while theyre up on your shoulders; you dont need to use two hands and can just hold on to the harness with one.

> 3 dayGot this item for vacation as my 2 year old loves to explore but want to make sure she stays in a safe range in busy areas (zoo, aquarium, malls, etc) The harness on the tightest setting was too lose but still used it. She is 33” tall and 28lbs. Will be good when she is older but still works.
