Blistex Lip Vibrance Lip Protectant 0.13 OZ (Pack of 3)

This is a product that doesnt know whether its a cosmetic or a therapeutic. I was hoping that it was a new version of my all-time favorite Blistex tinted balm, Lip Tone. Its not. Like the older product, it moisturizes, but feels heavier and stickier. Like the older product, it imparts a bit of color, but its less sheer, closer to lipstick than gloss. I find the flavor mildly unpleasant -- a sort of fake fruity taste. But most important, THE OLD PRODUCT, NOW APPARENTLY DISCONTINUED, HAD A 15 SPF to protect lips out of doors. This doesnt. It does contain titanium dioxide, which some products use as a mechanical sun block, but its the last item on the ingredient list, so it is probably in there to add opacity rather than to protect lips from the sun. The tiny mirror at the bottom of the case is just silly.

I bought my first one on impulse….I simply liked having a mirror on one end but then I fell in love and couldn’t find a replacement in retail stores so I turned to online except the prices basically doubled and tripled by most sellers. This was the best price per item and the item was in originally packing, quickly sent and goes on smoothly! Really no cons other than exaggerated price but thats to be expected for no longer being manufactured items.

It’s like wearing a light lipstick but is also moisturizing my lips.

I always went for the department store makeup counter lip balms and moisturizers but happened to grab this off the shelf at a drugstore one day when I couldn’t find anything in my purse - and it’s by far the best! And I love that it’s 10% of what I used to pay for my lip moisturizers in the past! The light tint is nice, I wear lipstick once in the beginning of the day and it seems like this lip balm enhances the color while moisturizing throughout the day.

This is by far the best blistex product ever ! I love the smoothness, the soft tint of color is perfect.. it doesn’t feel cakey at all.. the smell is great but the taste isn’t the greatest but it isn’t awful either. I used to buy this at Walmart, I’m glad I found it on amazon with multiple in a pack which saves $$

If you want something that will help your lips look & feel better, look no farther! These are wonderful
