Amazing, beautifully well-made product! My favorite part is the pocket that is right behind the straps. This is where you would put your wallet, phone and keys and hide them from pickpockets! So smart!

I ordered this backpack for the size and the charging capabilities. I charged the backpack overnight and plugged my phone charging cord into the port and the other end into my phone. Not charging. So I order a second one thinking the first one might be a dud. This one doesn’t work either. Message the seller, get a very vague answer “plug in the phone” smh…. Unbelievable.

I really liked the charger part. I didn’t like that it doesn’t have like a light or something to indicate if it is charging or not. It is comfortable and has lots of pockets!

While this is a cute backpack, its not like the pictures shown by the company. Missing some zippers, pockets, and other minor things. I would return for proper backpack but Im not sure we would even get what was pictured and school starts in a couple days. Does have charger port and quite a few zippers and pockets, just not as many as shown. I feel its false advertising and a big let down.
