We use the cables for use between camcorders and a Black Magic ATEM Studio TV switcher. Unlike HDMI, you can go quite long on HD-SDI cables with no worries.

I ordered this to connect an additional monitor to an hdsdi video system infrastructure. Works as advertised. Also has nice connectors on the ends.

This is a pretty stiff cable, which shows that itll be able to take a beating (which is good, as its being used for a church live-stream that we have to tear down/set up every Sunday.) Video quality is great through it. No complaints whatsoever.
