The ribs broke off at the plastic hinges after a few uses. I do not recommend this umbrella.

I had grown tired of relying on a compact folding umbrella. While a compact umbrella folded away nicely into my work bag, it simply wasnt wide enough to shield all of me from the rain. Worse, if I tried to orient the umbrella to cover my shoulders and self all the way, my work bag hanging off my shoulder and to the side would get wet. So I decided to err.. splurge $23 on this umbrella. And I can safely say Im satisfied.

Worked fine when it arrived but after first use in rain and wind it stopped opening fully.

The umbrella is very good! Especially because of bigger than many other umbrellas size size. After years I bought the second one just to have it in my car car also (just in case).

This is the best umbrella ever. Fits in my purse, light and when its open its so big that it covers me and my boyfriend. Speaking of which, he HATES umbrellas, but doesnt mind using this one. It has a button that automatically opens it, and a button that snaps it shut. Pretty convenient when going to and from the car or store. Highly recommend. May be getting another one so I dont have to share :-)

Sturdy and big enough for two. It worked perfectly for us on our trip to Japan and didnt take up too much luggage space.

Great compact umbrella. Purchased for my son to use on campus so he can throw it in his backpack. Large enough for two and keeps the rain off even during blowing storms.
