Bag was purchased for a gift, so I cant speak to the durability, Its a pretty design, lightweight and is roomy without being bulky.

I have bought smaller art/accessory pouches from this company several times with no issues, both from Amazon and local retailers. So still give it a decent rating overall. This was my first tote bag, and I got it and fell in love with the colors and styles available. But the very first time I went to use it - it was brand new, and I went to put a sweatshirt in the bag (nothing heavy or too bulky for the bag either), grabbed the end where the zipper is to pull the zipper up and around, and the end of the zipper just completely frayed away in my hands! I returned it for a refund, and hope this was just a fluke, but I probably wont be buying another zippered tote from them for this reason.
