> 3 dayI got these yesterday and I like it so far. The sound is balanced and clear, made some calls to try the mic and there is no problem at the other end hearing me. Battery is really good, didnt need to charge it since yesterday. The only thing I would ask them to add is a volume up/down button. Also they provide Lifetime Warranty: Support permanent replacement for damaged, defective, lost products. Dont need to return the original item and I will hold them to their word and ask for a replacement when it stops working. You have to activate it within 7 days after receiving the product. After I registered on their website, I got a message that I won a gift, a wireless charger, and I mailed them my address, will update if I get their gift. Great so far and will update if I have any issues.
