Bobby Pin and Hair Clip Magnetic Holder: HairpinPal (Sea Foam Teal)

A little pricey for what it is, but worth it to be able to find a hair pin without scrounging in the bottom of my bathroom drawer. It would be cheaper and more space efficient to simply slide the pins back onto the cardboard they come with after each use. But, I’ve finally realized that neither I nor my children will ever be people who make that effort. So, this little indulgence is helping us to stay organized while working *with* our foibles.

This was given as a gift to my MIL whos done hair for 40+ years. She was wondering where this has been all of her days! She said this would help out a lot at work and shes already called to tell me how much shes used it. Great product and very sturdy.

This item securely stores all my daughter’s bobby pens. My daughter is in ballet, she has practice 5 days per week, she just about lives with her hair in a bun and having this item that securely holds all her bobby pens is such a special thing for her to have.

Edit: Jan 2021. Changed my 4 star review to 5 stars because this item is pretty awesome and I never lose bobby pins anymore. I can throw this thing in a small bag for travel or in my drawer and know those pins arent going anywhere. I dont even care about or notice the logo anymore. Original: I wish it came with more than 20 bobby pins and it was a little pricey for the product, but Ill probably have this item forever as I dont really see it breaking. It has a good weight to it. The logo is on both sides unfortunately. The magnet starts 1/2 from the edge and it is concave so all the pins gather in the middle. I dont mind the color too much but Id like it a lot more if it was black. The odd thing is that there was a bad smell when I opened it up from the plastic package. I dont understand how a solid product with no fabric could have such a bad smell but it went away.

Powerful magnet keeps pins organized in my daughters dance bag. I bought a plastic bead box and it fits perfectly in the big compartment, so that she can carry this to class nicely. Wish they had it in different color options. Sleek design, very cute to look at but what a workhorse!! Love it!
