> 3 dayThis is a good product but has no flavor and I have used the Fruit Punch version which has a good flavor profile but is twice as expensive as this product so I have to use this one due to the cost.

> 3 dayIt’s creatine. Not much taste and doesn’t mix the best but that’s all creatine. Good amount for the price! If I can’t find creatine locally, I’ll definitely get this again

> 3 dayFollow as planned it very worth it. Once I hit the first scoop of creatine I mixed it with a prework out supplement feels great get that pump and the creatine makes you look more bulky depends on your diet. But that a must drink even if you work out for a couple times but just don’t stop working out any gains are better than no gains. Flavorless, it has a scoop.

> 3 dayAs with any supplements, you should only take if you are active with working out. If you have a lot of rest days during the week because you dont have time to work out or whatever the case may be, dont take creatine. It wont really do you much good. You have to be dedicated to see the results. Keep in mind that your heart is the muscle that works all the time, while youre alive anyway. That means that it will affect the size of your heart along with the strength. If you feel any kind of pressure on the left side of your chest after taking creatine for a couple of weeks or so, back off of the recomended dosage, work out more often so that it is more evenly distributed to other muscles or just completely stop taking it. You may not have room for heart growth and the pain is, well, you get it.
