Greater than one weekThis replaces a 4 year old (I think) QC35 where the battery died. It provides excellent noise cancellation, fine sound quality & a thoroughly agreeable way to have a phone conversation. I often use it just for the noise cancellation. New features I like are an adjustable timed shutdown to avoid draining the battery when you forget to switch off when stowing it. Other features I like are the ability to play Bluetooth audio without noise cancellation and the second reduced level of noise cancellation. Those features are accessed with the Bose app on my iPhone. I was highly pleased with my old QC35 and even more pleased with my new QC35-II. It’s a quality product which I highly recommend.

Greater than one weekUnbelievably happy with this product. I cannot live without out my Bose QC 35 IIs (even considering a second one to keep at work). It is empowering to put these on and all the noise pollution just goes away. I bought them for home and hadnt planned on taking them to my large open floor office. I put them on and suddenly realized there was a very low and loud humm coming from the ceiling (air blowers I assume). Now gone. I sit there in my cubicle and feel sorry for everyone else because they dont have a pair of these.

> 3 dayI’ve had these for nearly a year now, and can say nothing bad about these. Battery life is exceptional, as is noise cancelling and sound quality. While they reach their greatest appreciation in noisy environments like an airplane, it is amazing how well they can reduce the noise floor of environments you don’t usually think about noise, like an office. I recently bought these again for my brother starting med school, would definitely recommend. Though I treat them well, they seem no different now than when I first purchased them.

> 3 dayThe bluetooth connection often started out garbled on the headset on both a MAC and Dell Windows 10 machine. Made it unusable for skype/goto meeting or U-tube. Connection did clear after some time. When it did work properly it was great, but I had to return it as defective.

> 3 dayEasy to connect with Bluetooth, great sound quality, and look amazing. Only knock is the base, but I am comparing them to a car. Objectively, the bass is WAY better than most headphones/ear buds.

> 3 dayInside box was damaged even though the amazon packaging was fine. Headphones seemed like they have already been opened.

> 3 dayThese do what they are supposed to. I wear them mostly to cancel noise, work great for that.
