> 3 dayThe newest iteration of these ANC headphones, are a complete step backwards by Bose. I have had my QC35 II for a couple of years and wanted to upgrade so I can charge via USB-C. But its not worth the hassle when Bose has just cut the options for noise cancellation - now you only have Quiet (full ANC) and Aware (minimal ANC) modes. So you always have that annoying ANC feeling and CANNOT TURN IT OFF. I rarely used ANC on my QC35s since it gives me a headache, now with theQC45 theres no option to run it off except to use them with the cable and not turn them on - why do I need bluetooth then? Completely idiotic thinking by Bose, hope this gets fixed in a software update. Oh, and by the way, ANC is TERRIBLE if something like utensils or glasses clinking happens around you, for example, playing a ride cymbal produces a painful noise in these headphones. Completely USELESS for me now.

> 3 dayThese are excellent headphones. They are really comfortable, and sound quality and noise cancelling quality is exceptional. They are much better than other headphones at this price point, but not as good as the higher priced models.

> 3 dayNur wenn man keine Musik an hat und der Kopfhörer aktiv ist, hat man ein leichtes Rauschen.

> 3 dayPurchased two, the white smoke and a black one, the first one worked as intended but the black one did not work at all: did not turn on, did not charge, even tried to connect them with the plug in cable (this option works even with the headphone turned off) and also did not worked. Very dissapointed, now I have to return the faulty unit but this process is a complete hassle for me. Go for the SONY WH-1000XM4

> 3 dayIch musste die Kopfhörer leider wieder zurücksenden, weil der Kopfbügel so stark auf meinen Kopf gedrückt hat, dass ich sofort nach wenigen Sekunden stechende Kopfschmerzen an der Stelle bekommen habe, wo der Kopfbügel aufsaß. Die Kopfhörer waren insgesamt zu schwer und der Druck verteilt sich oben nicht gleichmäßig. Für mich leider unbenutzbar.

> 3 dayUse these at work, replacing my Beats, and I thought “These are just right for replacing my Beats (Solos, I believe) until an incident where a machine had something go wrong, and the person I work with placed total blame on my headphones. Originally, it upset me deeply, as I figure he’s just old and doesn’t understand the times of being able to function and listen to music at the same time, as I’ve done this with my Beats and never had those blamed, but, after compromising and remembering these have a button to activate quiet or aware mode, I found that quiet mode may have sucked more sound than I originally thought (Him saying if I had heard the machine, I could’ve caught the malfunction.) You can still hear things in quiet mode though, but I do find aware mode to be much different, though with some songs, it seems awareness even gets drowned out, so beware. Good sound though.
