Bought from Bose directly. Sound is OK for a small BT speaker as compared to other Bose speakers. The only issue I had was the USB cord that came with the product will not plug in and no, not plugging upside down. It just will not go in. Finally used a different USB cable with no issues. Love that you can use as a speaker phone with your iPhone.

We had to send the first one back because of an open box but customer service was excellent and sent us a new factory sealed one right away! We own the old Bose mini sound bar and it’s still working great but it’s not waterproof like the micro! The micro sounds excellent and we use it for hiking and kayaking and everything else. Would definitely buy again/ I might have to if my kids keep taking it.

Love it the best sound keeps a charge for days. Easy to link to phone a must have!!
