This product does everything it says but I dont feel like the humidity % recommended for herb storage(58-62%) is way too high for herb. They both make my herb literally wet in a mason jar so bad when I grind it up its like grinding up fresh picked herb and completely gunks up my grinder and makes anything rolled burn itself out constantly. Recommended humidty % when drying herb is 50% so thats where I keep mine and my grinder, rolls, and pipe all love it. Do not use more then 49% humidty pack on herb you plan to smoke within a week as it will smoke like you picked it right off the plant!

Been using for years and they are definitely worth it. But I wanted to write this review to say, dont throw them away if they start to dry out or get hard. Put them in a container with water, but not in direct contact, to recharge in about 5 days. Brings them back to around 80% full and squishy again! Just recharged a few packs that were purchased a little over 2 years ago and viola! Also, safe for cure as well as storage.

After couple week and three packs later, humidity has went from 80 to 69 and still dropping. Pulled the old packs out going to try the put a damp paper towel in with the three dried up ones and see if theyll revive in a sealed sandwich bag.

Keeps the stuff at proper humidity levels and lasts longer. Other than that, not much else to say. Little pricey for what it is, but I would recommend.

I used to use bovedas 62% and they were great... then I felt they were too moist so I switched to 52%, that made the buds too dry, had to switch back after using 52% for like 1 year, the buds need to be rehydrated to 62% or closer for the potency to be excellent, dry buds dont vape as good or is as potent, this is a must have if you have ANY buds that needs to be rehydrated, always check to see if it is too moist, mold COULD happen, if it is a little on the wet side, burp it i dont have any decrease in smells, these packs are best to be replaced every year, only $1-2 each....

My son collects and plays Magic the Gathering. He discovered that you can use these packets on the bent / curved foil cards. You just place a couple of packets with them in a sealed container and it removes the curve. As it turns out the cards have too little humidity/moisture which causes them to bend. Using these removes the bend after 3 - 5 days. The images are not perfect before and after shot but you can see how it pulled the bend out.

Ive only used Boveda products so I can really compare it to other brands. All I know is that it works and it keeps it the the RH it states.

I find these work extremely well. I get my bud from a recreational dispensary and buds of course are dryer. I put in a size 8 62% and in a couple days the whole oz is dank and sticky just the way I like it. These packs are the truth. Im not sure what the last couple reviews talking about but these packs never let me down. Just keep in mind when storing bud to not pack it tight in a jar. That will cause the bud to not get the correct air circulation it needs from the packs. I like to use the ball wide mouth pint jars.
