Works as described

I was developing shoulder/neck pain from looking down at my Ipad. This can sit on my lap so my head stays in a neutral position. The apparatus is a little stiff however I imagine it has to be to be stable.

It works perfectly! Lots of resistance when adjusting it so when you get it how you want it, it stays put. I use a 15 inch laptop. Feels very stable. I have a small keyboard I use on the table below it.

This is pretty nice for the price. As a test - it actually held up my old 2015 ROG laptop and those things are HEAVY. Your new laptop isnt going anywhere on this thing. I dont know how long those tension areas will last, but right now they are very very strong. The BOYATA logo on the stand is a bit cringe but you cant beat the price.

I really like this stand. I have had it about 2.5 years and it’s functioned well. The stand had loosened but the seller was able to guide me in how to tighten the nuts. It’s a great stand and I’ve been really happy with it.

This stand has been extremely useful and is plenty sturdy from ultrabooks to gaming laptops, it has saved tons of space on my desk surface as well as helped with multiple monitor setups keeping the eye line level.

Very sturdy and holds laptop monitor at a perfect height. Im 6 and this is a godsend for keeping out of the chiropractors office from bad posture. I intend to buy another for work desk.

So i bought this stand because i wanted to practice working while standing up and also be comfortable working in my bed and at first it was really stiff and took a lot of strength to fold and adjust but after a couple weeks, it started moving much smoother with less effort and never lost its sturdiness. I love this product and plan on buying it for all my family members that work from home as birthday presents :)
