The gloves came in a plastic wrapper instead of in a box straight from the manufacturer so I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of the gloves as much.

Thin plastic gloves are good!

I initially resisted buying these gloves, cause I could see that they were not going to be tight fitting like the medical grade gloves. I thought they would be too loose and a pain to wear them. BUT, the medical grade ones are now really expensive and often the count is only 50 or 100 pieces. So, I decided to take a chance, even though I knew I would hate them (HA!). Theyre GREAT! And at 500 count, theyre also a great deal! Since I have SO MANY, I keep a stack in my car, in my office and at home. Theyre really thin, so that even though theyre not tight fitting, theyre not flopping around...the heat/sweat from my hands keeps them pretty snug. They serve their purpose just fine. Glad I tried them.

I put these in my car for pumping from gas pumps. I also gave 2 of the 5 packs of 100 away as stocking stuffers at Christmas because gloves are nice to use when you don’t want to touch something you’re cleaning or when using public-use objects but they’re something you don’t always want to purchase for yourself, so these were good gifts. Gloves are thin and lightweight so easy to still use your phone or pick up objects with. In the rare case you tear or it gets raggedy from using so long, this comes with so many, just throw current ones away and get a new pair.

I call these my lunch lady gloves. I use them for cleaning or when I dont want to touch something. Theyre perfect for cleaning up any messes left by pets. Ill let you use you imagination on that.. Lol Because theyre larger than most hands its easy to just throw them on, pick something up, and then grab the wrist part and pull it over your fingers enclosing whatever you pick up into its own bag and throwing the whole thing into the garbage. These arent form fitting gloves. They slip on easily but yet, they dont fall off. they hold up well when I use them to clean and dont want to get cleaning products on my hands. Theyre easy to use, quick to put on and disposable.

While the first package of these that I received was ripped and I am returning due to contamination. But this second package did have 5 individual packs ( whereas I only got 4 in the first and thought that was normal until reading the reviews I read that stated 5 were actually supposed to be included ) and while I am not going to count them I am assuming that they have 100 per pack. But I did let them set out for 3 days and then wore a pair to use in a lavender scent cleaner and I have to say, that I am highly impressed. They did not leak and my hands were totally dry upon removing the gloves. I have actually ordered another set before they are gone. I am trying to prepare for the Fall and the predicted Covid 19 outbreak. Not that it has left. Arkansas is only in phase 1 of reopening and we are having daily records of cases, deaths, and hospitalizations. I personally do not feel that we were prepared to open bars, clubs, etc. But who am I to say? Dont get me started. Lol. Now back to these gloves, I feel confident that they are great for pumping gas, grocery shopping, touching ATM machines, etc. as far as protection goes. Just make certain that you remove them properly inside out and dont touch the outside when removing them. They are a very inexpensive glove for protection. Initially I assumed these would come in a box like other gloves, but they dont. Rather, in the 500-pack are five individual 100-glove baggies. These turn out to be remarkably convenient, and if you cut a hole in the bag just right, itll act as a dispenser. I tucked one next to my car seat so I can grab a glove when pumping gas, for instance. The gloves themselves are about like youd expect. Ive never worked at Subway but these look very much like the gloves the Sandwich Artists™ wear. Theyre thin, crinkly, and hard to put on if your hands are even a little bit damp. However, they hold air just fine (i.e. no leaks), and theyre durable enough to stand up to the use I intended for them, which is primarily door handles and shopping carts. These would not be appropriate as work gloves. For one, theyre not particularly tough, nor are they flexible at all -- as soon as you start to sweat, the glove material becomes unable to slide relative to your skin. Theyre sort of baggy in the fingertips and thus not ideal for fine dexterous tasks either. Good for operating a gas pump, not good for repairing it, yknow? I would buy these again in a heartbeat. But with 500 in a pack, I wont need to!

To determine whether the gloves are large enough to accommodate your hand, stretch your fingers as wide as you can, and measure the span from the tip of your pinky finger to the tip of your thumb. If the span is 9 or less, the gloves should fit. In my case, the length was 9 exactly, and the fit was pretty tight. If the length is more than 9, your hand may have difficulty squeezing into the glove. I rated the durability 5 stars because these gloves, which are less than 2.4 cents apiece, are intended for a single use. As long as their mission is to prevent contact with surfaces that could harbor Covid-19, they should be up to the task.

These gloves are basically the same every lunch lady in the world use but thats a good thing! I had time to use these gloves in my kitchen doing a few different things before writing this review so I hope that everything I say is how you will feel when you receive yours. Dont expect Nitrile gloves. These gloves are very roomy and very thin but they held up very nice while I used a knife and also when I deboned a rotisserie chicken. They did not slide or rip and did their job PERFECTLY. The packaging is just a simple plastic bag but dont let that fool you as they dispense quickly and evenly. In short for the very low price I paid for 500 of them I am extremely happy. I learned that I dont need my Nitrile gloves as much as I thought because these gloves can do 95% of what nitrile can. Im going to buy more for my mom and sisters. A+ Buy
