Liked the wifi control of the outlet. Easy to download and connect. It worked for one day and I loved it then died.. disappointed...so I returned and bought from another manufacturer..

Works great with my Alexa! It’s pretty simple to set up and is a great product for indoor or outdoor use!

It took me most of 10 minutes to take it out of the box, download the app, and set it up in both the Braumm app and Alexa. The app and device work fine. I have no other Braumm devices but first impression of the software is good. I probably should have grabbed one that works on something more general like smartlife to keep the amount of apps needed down, but this is fine. If this holds up Ill be happy with the purchase.

I tried to write all I received back is the month was up may 29th so no replacement or refund. Didn’t even use outside. I used it island the house. Very disappointed

This was easy to configure onto Wi-Fi. Can configure and manage over apple phone from anywhere. Great product for the cost and quality made.

This device sounded simple. I love my Amazon Alexa and thought it would be great to control my Christmas lights with it. Unfortunately Amazon itself doesn’t offer an outdoor smart plug, so I chose this one. But I have TRIED and TRIED multiple times, with multiple resets, yet I always get the “no response from device” message every time. The device has been reset and I verify the rapid blinking light is on. I’m close to the router, I have 2.4g access. Everything seems like it should be fine but I can’t connect no matter what. So guess I will just be returning this device and going back to plugging my lights manually, or just getting a dumb timer.

I ordered 2 of these timers, easy to set and connect to my wifi, everything was working fine , till one of them does not turn off the power, the timer itself shows that is turning off and on but the current continues , i was trying these for my Christmas lights to avoid one set coming on before the other one with manual timers , anyhow I tried resetting it and appears fine but then again same problem, am getting a replacement hopefully i will get one that works like the other one, maybe it was just bad luck, i will post another review after the one arrives and works for a week or so.

Are used it on the roof de-ice cable and it sure helped the electric bill. ( temperature activation control)
