> 24 hourExtremely difficult to set-up. Actually, I gave up after 15 minutes. Seriously, if you cant pair a device in 30 seconds, theres a problem. And Im well-versed in modern devices and Wi-Fi protocols, so its not MY problem. Since Im getting a refund, I cant say that its a waste of money. But its absolutely a waste of time.

> 24 hourWhile the build is pretty solid and app seems well made, the fact that it doesn’t support 5GHZ wifi is a deal breaker. 5GHZ wifi is widely used these days as it provides better speed. Some routers like the one I have has smart wifi which switches between 2.5 and 5 GHZ based on distance of device from the router and this plug is not supported with that kind of router. I hope they will upgrade their device with this capability in future as the device in itself is not bad.

> 24 hourIt was annoying and tricky to find the device for me. It took a couple tries and then I decided to just switch to another outlet and it worked. I have it connected for a led lamp to a power strip that also powers a fan. I use it as a Alexa on and off switch for anything I plug into the outlet strip. Pretty useful for when youre in bed and dont want to get back up to turn off lights.

> 24 hourI like that I can turn my lamp on and off using my phone from anywhere now which is awesome because I can make people believe someone is home. It was a little difficult to set up initially and I have to constantly click on the app then select the smart plug to turn it on and off which takes it longer than just being able to tap on a button stored on the phone with the app but I am d definitely enjoying fooling my neighbors plus I feel safer coming home at night with a light already on for me to see.
