> 3 dayTried just about all toothpastes out there. This is my repeat buy because it is quality. Tastes good. Yes, more expensive, but worth it. I prefer it to any other brand. As for whitening teeth, its hard to tell. But its not abrasive or has a chemical taste. I think of this as a top tier toothpaste. It might not last as long if you brush as I do, about three times a day. So buy the three-pack and save.
