21-11-2024ETA: biggest drawback is that the zipper pulls ripped off pretty soon after she started using it. It could be fixed with keychains. But would have liked it better if that didn’t happen. My daughter is using this for school. I like the way opens on top and becomes more like a bucket. It’s very roomy and “cool” looking. The side pockets are big enough for regular sized water bottles which is a big improvement over the back pack we previously used.

Greater than one weekI love that this bag optimizes the dimensions of the personal item for air travel. You can pack quite a few different things into this backpack and it has two nicely padded sleeves, one for a laptop and one for a tablet (or smaller laptop). The zippers all operate really smoothly, and I love that there are two zippers at the top for quick and easy access to the main compartment, which also makes it possible to lock the compartment. The straps are nicely padded and comfortable to wear. There is a zippered security pocket at the back, which is hidden behind the straps, when you are wearing the bag. This would be a secure pocket that could be used to hold your passport or other valuable items when traveling. The bag is a really good quality and has a nice water resistant finish. I highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for a personal item bag, or a general backpack to travel with.

> 3 dayI originally purchased the grey one for a personal item bag in addition to my carry on for a trip to Japan. It worked out great. Great size to fit meds, tablet, snacks, personal items and a couple changed of clothes. Bonus that there Id a strap on the back to put over your carry on bag handle for easy transportation. Fits under the seat in front of you perfectly. I bought a second one, pink, for my daughter for an upcoming trip. Same size and design as my grey one. The reason though for the lowered stars is first it came all balled up in the packaging and its a wrinkled mess. Currently Ive got it stuff full of packing paper in the hopes to get it somewhat unwrinkled. The second thing is I dont like is the material. The material is different and very very stiff and apparently gets deeply wrinkled. Might end up returning it.

> 3 dayI love this backpack! It has a lot of useful pockets and is great for teachers. I love the slot for my computer as well as the smaller pocket that could fit an ipad mini or a book. There are a few small slots for pens or pencils and two pockets I use for my mini lent roller, hand sanitizer, tissues, the USB port that comes with it. I use the big pocket in the front for my personal items such as keys, gum, chapstick, glasses, and mini hair brush. I love that it has two cup holders for my water and coffee! I have used it in the rain a few times and the water droplets roll right off! I havent used it yet for travel but I can tell the hidden back pocket would be helpful as well as the strap to go over your luggage handle. This backpack has a ton of room and the top zipper has a wide opening. The only thing I dont love about this backpack is that it can be difficult to zip up with one hand. I normally have to pull the zipper part on the inside down to get the top zipper to close since it can open so widely and has a wire lining at the top. It is just a small inconvenience, other than that I love everything about this backpack!

> 3 dayLoved this bag and it’s storage capacity. Meet Spirit airlines personal item requirements. I gave it 4 stars because the zipper pulls fell of and I had to buy replacements.

> 3 dayWhats not to like about this backpack? If youre wanting a stylish carry-on, a low-key but nice bag for your gaming computer, or a bag to carry all your college science lab notebooks you worked on until 2 AM last night, THIS is the bag! Its a wonderfully made bag and its been my official college bag for a week now. You know what this baby fits? - an unfolded lab coat! - two coloring books when you need to stop studying for three hours AND some colored markers! - a computer! Yes, even a gaming computer (I have a Lenovo Legion Y740) - a bunch of pens! - lab goggles! - lipsticks! - your huge wallet! - your phone! (ANY phone, even those huge Galaxy phones) - your chargers for your computer AND phone! - a power bank! - your keys! - snacks! and so much more! Im serious you guys, believe me when I say I fit all of the above and there was more room to put stuff in! The best part? It doesnt get unusually heavy like some other bags (though I think this is more because its a cloth material and not leather) and the straps are PADDED. Its comfortable to carry, it doesnt have that backpack sag—you know what Im talking about, like that old backpack where youd put three textbooks in and theyd make the backpack sag and pull you down with it—and when you open it, you can see everything! I can just open it and see my keys are at the bottom of the bag, I can pull my charger out like a magician with a bag of scholarly tricks, and I can keep the smaller stuff in a pocket sewn near the top of the computer sleeve. I havent tested how waterproof it is yet, but I will edit this review once I do. This will likely be your new favorite bag for practically everything. EDIT: I can confirm it is absolutely waterproof! My water bottle spilled all over my car seat where my bag was, and while it did kinda soak in, the water was gone in a few minutes when I walked to class. No water damage to the inside of the bag, all my lab notebooks were safe and sound.

> 3 dayI bought this item in Feb 2020, I have used it for hiking, work trips, daily trips, etc. Its really uncomfortable, specially in the shoulders. You feel a lot of weight in your lower back even when not carrying much items. I just decided to pay $140 for a new backpack and I will send this one to the trash. Can’t deal with it any longer.

> 3 dayIve used it as my main bag in a couple of trips so far, with laptop and clothes all packed in. It does pass for the overhead in a plane. Its been pretty durable, the only problem Ive had is the little leather tags that pull to open / close the main compartment. One wore off and then the metal part opened up and was lost, so Ive had to rig something to replace it.
