What they dont bother to tell you ---If your Alexa app Is on a fire tablet this device is NOT. compatible. Dont waste your money.....

Junk. Connects to phone then gives you the run around to connect to router. Then says cant connect to phone. Had to enter password and wait 10 times only to finally say call customer service. Will be returning

Too many steps on their app .. Had to set up a password etc. . Still did not get it to pair with my wifi & Alexa. Will return and spend a little more $ to get an Apple one, like my others.

Very convenient way to turn lights or other appliances into smart appliances with their app or with Alexa. Integrated with Alexa beautifully. I called their customer service when I installed them (my bad, not theirs) and they actually answered and fixed the issue instantly, and they have worked perfectly ever since.

Broke as soon as I went to unplug it. Worked for like a day lol it physically fell apart in my hand and left the metal prong in my outlet, and I’m too scared to pull it out. So I lost one of my outlets due to this thing lol

Works perfectly. I was able to set up a schedule for it to turn on and off when needed for a lamp. Also has a built in night light.
