> 24 hourI tried setting up the plug multiple times but it just doesn’t connect. You’re supposed to enter an email to activate it but the email never comes. I double checked the WiFi password and reset this thing like 10 times.

I called their customer service when I installed them (my bad, not theirs) and they actually answered and fixed the issue instantly, and they have worked perfectly ever since.
