PRODUCT QUALITY GREAT CANT COMPLAIN !

The toner is fine, Im not sure if the drum needs to be replaced, I keep getting gray shaded print-outs. Gotta do some research to resolve this issue, I dont want to keep wasting ink reprinting to get a clean copy.

If you do professional work and want confidence that it will look great, buy from the Brother brand. I went against this one time to try another brand because it was a cheaper price and I regretted it. The ink started smudging on the pages. I was just glade it didnt mess up my printer and I was just out several pieces of paper. It was then that I knew why the brand name was more. I never had that problem when I was buying the Brother brand product. The printed work always came out good and I never thought about it coming out any other way. Well, there is a saying, You get what you pay for. I only gave it 4 stars because of the price.

Works fine. Just is very expensive. There are much cheaper products on the market, but my printer refuses to recognize them and wont print. Brother seems to be holding us hostage.
