All around great product! I use it for a meal replacement drink or a “hold me over” until I can get a proper meal - thus saving me from making a poor decision based on hunger. I love the taste, it’s easy to mix, and is extremely helpful. I pre measure into small plastic baggies to keep on hand. I e been using this product for years- it’s just disappointing how the price has risen dramatically since January 2021 - He did that.

The other protien stuff I tried was crap tasting...my friend told me about this... she was friend :)

Love this shake!! I purchased this a while back and we really liked it, it shakes up great and I have no lumps in it (I use a shaker cup with that metal ball in it). It also tastes great too! I do mine with water and guzzle it down every morning before work, hubby will do his with milk and he says it is just like a great milkshake LOL .. Anyway, it keeps me pretty full until lunch, if I get hungry or am taking a very late lunch, Ill have a nutragrain bar to fill in the gap! After going through the container I went back to GNC to get another and the lady talked me into trying a different one. Of course, it was one of GNC famous buy one get one 50% so I ended up with 2 big containers of a shake that was no good. It would shake up lumpy and just didnt taste good. I know I could of returned it but I put it off and put if off and finally I brought it to work, gave it to the warehouse guys and went on to Amazon to order this Syntha-6 online in the 48 serving size. Its a great deal on Amazon, ships free with PRIME and I dont have to deal with the people working at GNC! This is my 2nd reorder on Amazon.

Update: I did my smoothie with less protein powder and changed the milk with water. It still tastes great and its more cold and less thick due to not adding as much protein powder. I personally like the taste of this protein powder. I used it for the first time today. I put a scoop and 1/2 into my smoothie with frozen fruit and milk. I was surprised with the texture it gave my smoothie turning it into a milkshake feel and making it thick. My shake didnt feel cold so next time Ill try it with ice cubes and water. Except for the temperature feel, I did enjoy my smoothie and the flavor the protein gave it. I also dont like that the package seems partially empty, maybe making the container shorter so it doesnt look like it was used and in turn using lest plastic might help. Other than that this protein tastes better than others Ive tried. I like it just need to learn how to perfect my smoothie so it wont be room temperature.

I could not have asked for a better protein shake. I was just sampling out different flavors asides from my regular chocolate. I must say this strawberry milkshake does meet expectations. The protein powder is thick, flavorful and most importantly NOT CLUMPY after shaking in a shaker bottle. I approve of the flavor and product. Id order this flavor again if other ones were not available.

Been using this for years. Love the taste of both Chocolate and Vanilla but its getting very pricy. Seems like the price for a big container goes up $10.00 every couple of months.

Love this protein it is the best not a chalky flavor it is definitely worth the moneys

So far we enjoy this, the only exception is that it needs to be shaken more than the competitors for some reason it sticks to the mouth area of our shaker bottles. Other than that its hard to tell its not the same product Ive used for years.

Better in milk than in water. In water it tastes like vanilla with a chemical cinnamon burn (kinda like drinking rum). Way better in milk. I ordered two more CnC because of the cost. Actually I have almost every flavor, except for strawberry. Are the others worth the extra $8.00?, that depends. I just wanted to try the rest, would I buy the ones that cost more down the road?, maybe. All of them taste pretty much by how they are labeled, CnC, Cin., S.C., P.B., G.C. and so on. Once was worth it but an extra $8.00 a jug, hum, I think not. I also ordered all three of the Amino X cola flavors. Cherry is the best, it tastes like old RC cola, not cherry though, LOL. Dr. Amino tastes like an eight times watered down Dr. Pepper and the regular Cola one is kinda harsh, it tastes like some odd root beer more than cola. BTW, I ordered that $2.00 sample (Amazon sent the sample) and then Amazon gave me $2.00 off of the Sugar Cookie jug. I also have the BSN fish oil caps, good stuff.
