Really applies mascara to each lash and coats evenly. I run this applicator across the mascara wand and then apply to lashes. These disposable applicators can be washed and reused.

They are decent but its like someone grabbed a handful and dropped them in a bag, how am I supposed to feel ok brushing these on freshly tattooed eyebrows?!
