Bucilla Sparkle Snowflake Ornament Kit, 6 Count

Bucilla kits are great and love doing them! They turn out like the photo. I have Bucilla ornaments my mom made when I was young and I am handing some of them down to my kids families.

They are easy to make and make beautiful ornaments. Make a great gift for someone too!

I made these for Christmas. Everyone loved them. I am only giving four stars because I needed to buy more floss for some of the ornaments.

I did not know they were not already made. These are ornaments you have to make yourself.

I have just started this project and will have fun this spring thinking or Christmas!

Gosh these were so much fun to work on. You have to have the small, very sharp-tipped scissors to cut the felt pieces but it’s still fun. Be sure to read all of the instructions first and in order. I replaced the gold floss that comes with it with Sulky Metallic Gold Thread($17 spool) but it makes the scrolls on the cars look so much better. I also used some shiny gold elastic cord for the hangers. It was easy to knot the ends and sew them in place instead of doing the cording technique on the instructions. There is one blip in the instructions that puts the Flag in the wrong order but I just skipped it and then went back to it. I also used plastic (an old mini blind) to cut the lollipop and flagpole templates. I will be making the “Candy Express” stocking next. I want to add that I purchased these from the Merry Stocking seller and they all came promptly and well packaged. 5 stars for this seller!

The reindeer was pretty difficult and took quite a while to complete, but the finished product is just adorable.

A bit plain, but I will glitz them up with many more embellishments.
