Ive used these for years. They do a great job at exfoliation. Prevents all sorts of skin issues and insures I really do get clean when I wash.

I am 64 years old and have been using these since I was a teenager. My daughters use them as well. There is nothing better to exfoliate your skin which would be the blue side or your face which would be the white side. Everyone should use these they are the best.

I have used similar exfoliating puffs before. This one has the two sides, the white side for all over and the green side for those extra rough spots (elbows, knees). They work really well.

a bit expensive. you get one per box. BUT cant find them except here so paying a little more was worth it for me. works better than body soaps etc.

Large enough to shower with. I owned one for my face a long time ago and just rediscovered this product. Great for sloughing off dry skin and polishing up.
