Buffalo Games - Charles Wysocki - The Nantucket - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

This puzzle was missing two pieces. Very frustrating.

When you think of Nantucket, you think of the beach. This was not a let down. People were playing, picnicking, walking hand-in-hand, and the life guard was present. What a surprise, though to see a plane in the sky carrying a sign that said I love you Elizabeth. This made me wonder a little more about Wysocki. It also confirmed my fondness for him since my name is Elizabeth also!

I have purchased this brand of puzzle before and have found them pretty good. This one however was terrible. The layers were not glued properly and the tabs were bent. I am not sure if this was a manufacturing defect or the company that provided it was negligent in its production.

Pieces stay together well and because of the detail it is not too difficult to put togetherr.

There is so much variety within the picture--the hotel, the cabanas, all the people, sky, ocean. I switched from one area to another rather than completing a section before moving on. The color variation of the sand made the beach do-able and not frustrating. I love Buffalo Games puzzles and love this one more than many others.

Lovely puzzle

I pride myself in getting these done quickly, but that ARK was impossible.

Puzzle was delivered with a return sticker covering the picture in the box and the box was dented. Not great - was going to be a gift.

Like all Buffalo brand puzzles by artist Charles Wysocki; this one was a pleasure to work and a little easier than some. Will be saving this to work again.
