I hope I am up to the challenge of a 1000 pc puzzle. I love his theme and artist so we shall see!

This very detailed, complex puzzle from Buffalo Games, where the buoys are , appeared to have two missing pieces and two extraneous pieces. I contacted Customer Support via email and received a response within 5 minutes indicating they could sent a replacement puzzle. Next day I received another email asking that I send a picture of the problem area so they could troubleshoot what went wrong. I sent them a picture and within 10 minutes received a response containing this picture. Message said to move the outlined piece and all would fall together. Sure enough I could now complete the puzzle. With customer service like this, we will be buying more Buffalo Games puzzles in the future.

This is a beautiful puzzle. I wanted to save it to hang but it was missing a piece. i only wanted that piece I took a picture of completed puzzle and where piece was missing and of order. I have heard NOTHING. They need to respond to their customers.

The pieces interlock very well but aren’t too hard to get apart when it’s ready to tear down. The pieces are somewhat uniform in size and aren’t too thick to be “woody” but not so thin that they bend. The colors are sharp and rich. This brand has an endless number of scenes at reasonable prices - especially if you watch for temporary discounts. Puzzles are how we get through long dreary winters without going crazy!

Just difficult enough. Not as heavy as the older Charles Wysocki puzzles but still better than many puzzles available now.

I really enjoyed this Wysocki puzzle. It was a mixture of difficult and easy and it didnt take me three weeks to assembly (just one). It was very attractive once done and the pieces interlocked very well.
