> 24 hourThis bag has made 2-4 trips and the wheel was completely broken off my last time through the airport. The screw pattern doesn’t match online generic replacement wheels. Customer service won’t verify if they have a spare wheel to send and when I explained about the generic wheels not working and the protection tape not being removable to change out the wheel, they were very rude and I could tell they didn’t actually read my email. I’ve asked 3 times and still have no confirmation and it’s been almost a month. What a waste of money!! I’ll be going back to Samsonite who provides durable and long lasting products.
