> 3 dayThis product will never need to be replaced. Wasted time and money on cheaper holders that fell off constantly or damaged my ac vents. Well worth the money!!

Greater than one weekWas tired of trying to hold my phone when driving and wanted something that was proven and worked well. Read the reviews and bought the system. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this product. Took about 20 minutes to install on my 2017 F-250. Have the Sony speaker in the tray and it all came apart as expected and then I drilled through the rubber pad and bolted the frame to the tray and reinstalled. Very impressed with how sturdy it holds my phone and easy access. Would highly recommend this system.

> 3 dayThe base is assembled and bent very nicely, but the base is noticeably warped while marking the hole locations for installation. I tried some minor tweaking by hand to bring it back true but its box welded at the top for strength so the slight warp will have to stay. Its not visibly noticeable, nor does this affect performance. Once installed, I mounted the arm and phone holder and clamped up my S21 in a Quad Lock case. The phones weight is enough to overcome the tension on the dovetails at the end of the mounting arm without significantly overtorquing the brass threaded inserts in the wing nuts. I used some light sandpaper to smooth out the rough cast and powdercoat on the split clamp to allow for more surface area on the dovetail while under tension. This definitely helped the mount strength, but its an engineering oversight that could utilize splines or a detent system to clock the clamping ends and be significantly stronger. Overall, its a very sharp and cost effective mounting solution with some minor fitting/function issues. I like it.

> 3 dayGot this Bulletpoint Ford mount because oilfield roads. Havent tested it on the roads yet but it seems sturdy enough. The phone clamp at first glance doesnt seem strong but I shook it a bunch with the phone in it and the phone didnt budge.

Greater than one weekIm moderately handy with things, but if I followed the written instructions I would have surely broken, scratched, dinged my dashboard. Having found a YouTube video and seen what you have to go through to install this item, the included instructions are practically worthless

> 3 dayThe Bulletpoint mount isnt cheap, but it cost less than the total Ive thrown at lesser phone mounts in the past. The installation was easy enough, and there are many videos out there that offer even more detail than the instructions.

> 3 dayWhile this is a solid mount, there are definitely a few cons... 2022 Superduty

> 3 daySUction cups suck. the fall, they come off when adjusting, they leave windshield marks behind or on the dashboard. According to your specific vehicle, it directly mounts securely. On my F350 Super Duty the center dash space is removed and securely bolted to it. Then just replace the dash cover with the Bullet mount attached. I left the rubber matt in place and it looks great.
